Waypoint Infrastructure Engineering LLC was founded to provide specialised civil and transportation engineering services to public agencies, private developers and contractor clients. Led by Jean Claude Ganza, P.E., the firm brings together a passion for infrastructure design, a commitment to quality and a responsive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
Jean Claude has worked as a transportation design engineer supporting roadway, site civil and drainage projects across Colorado, Indiana and Kentucky. His experience ranges from corridor modelling, sheet set organisation and quantity development to bridge load rating and technical memoranda. Prior to focusing on transportation, he served as a structural engineer and site supervisor on projects in Kigali, Rwanda, gaining hands-on experience in construction and coordination with architects and contractors.
Jean Claude holds Professional Engineer (PE) licenses in Colorado, Kentucky and Indiana and is a certified NCEES Model Law Engineer. He earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville and is fluent in both English and French. These qualifications ensure that Waypoint Engineering can practice across multiple jurisdictions and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
